Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee our client’s financial operations across the business, with responsibility for accounting, treasury, payroll, tax compliance, reporting, audits and fund management. Key Responsibilities * Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting activities across the business. * Prepare monthly management reports and analyse financial performance, costs and variances. * Manage cash flow, fund utilisation, bank reconciliations and intercompany transactions. * Oversee payroll administration, employee tax computations and statutory remittances. * Ensure timely invoicing, collections and effective debt management. * Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. * Manage tax compliance, including VAT, WHT, CIT and other statutory obligations. * Supervise finance team activities and ensure timely payments to suppliers, vendors and other stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; ICAN, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is required. * 7–10 years’ finance and accounting experience, within marine services, offshore support, vessel operations, oilfield services or related sectors. * Strong knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, payroll administration and tax compliance. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems and other financial management tools. * Good understanding of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations. * Strong analytical, reporting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
